• We ship via FedEx express (1-2 business days), anywhere in the continental US.
  • You will receive tracking information once your package ships.

  • Our approximately 3-5 day turnaround does not include shipping time.

  • We are not transit experts & are not able to guarantee the timely performance of any shipping carrier. USPS/FedEx provide shipping estimates, but especially during COVID-19, transit delays are possible. Our cookies have a great shelf life and are good at room temperature for up to a week, and once received, can be frozen or popped in the oven to return to their original glory. We only ship flavors that are stable & can withstand minor delays without compromising freshness. Please understand that we have no control over transit times or carrier issues.

  • Summer is upon us! Please keep the heat in mind when placing your order. If you live in a warm area of the country, or if your schedule will make it so that your box will be sitting on your porch all day in the 95 degree heat, please order at your own risk. We are not responsible for heat-softened or melted cookies. If this happens, simply pop them in the freezer. We promise they’ll still taste delicious!

  • Because we are not responsible for transit times, we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date.

  • We are not responsible for cookies that are shipped to incorrect addresses, apartment issues, boxes left out on porches in the heat/cold/rain, boxes commandeered by animals, etc. Please be sure that your order contains accurate info and that there is someone who can be on the look out for your goodies!

  • If your box is lost, damaged, destroyed, etc., please contact the carrier.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds or cancellations. All sales are final.


    Pick up is available at our kitchen in Troy. Pick up is Thursday from 12-6, Fridays from 10-4, & Saturdays from 9-1.
